Vintage tungsten fixtures from manufacturers such as Strand, ADB, Berkey and Reiche und Vogel make up this range, spanning profile, Fresnel, PC, flood and followspot units from roughly 500W to 2000W. Many carry period model names and patt numbers, including the Strand Patt 23, Patt 73, Patt 123 and Patt 264, alongside German-built units from Hessenbruch, K.Weinert and Niethammer, reflecting decades of stage lighting design.
These luminaires suit period productions, heritage venues, television and film sets, and any production wanting the optical character and visible housing style of older-generation lanterns rather than modern LED or discharge fixtures. Cyc battens, gobo profiles and a rotator effect extend the range beyond basic wash and spot duties, giving lighting designers access to genuine vintage units for productions where authenticity of look and beam quality matters.
